I started taking Vitalzym because of pain and inflammation from an SI joint injury. I had injured my sacral iliac joint and had been in pain for about 8 months. During this time, I tried everything from over the counter anti-inflammatory medication, muscle relaxers, and physical therapy. My physical therapy included excercise, heat ultrasound and traction. I couldn't sleep at night from the pain, and woke up every 2 hours, often crying. I couldn't sit comfortably for long periods of time either, the pain was too great. I was constantly on the internet trying to find a remedy when i discovered Vitalzym. I liked that it was all natuaral, and at this point I was desperate. I ordered Vitalzym and started taking it as directed and immediately started feeling better due to the anti-inflammatory properties. Of course at first, when it wore off, the pain would come back. However, over a period of a few weeks, I started noticing that the pain was subsiding even in between scheduled doses. My plan was to take it for a couple of months, but after about 5 weeks, I noticed that I was pain free, even when I forgot to take it or was away from home and couldn't take my scheduled dose. At that point I decided to try to stop taking Vitalzym completely to see if I was really healed. So I stopped, and discovered that I was completely pain free, and able to sleep through the night in any position without a problem. Now, I only take it if I have a little flare up of pain from excercising or overdoing it, and then only for a couple of days. To me, Vitalzym was a miracle, and I recommend it to everyone I know that has any type of soft tissue injury, such as muscle or ligament strains or pulls or inflammation. My daughter has taken it for sports injuries to speed the healing process.
